At Walsh Cattle, we pride ourselves on raising high-quality beef with premium genetics to bring exceptional flavor to your plate. ​
Walsh Cattle began with two brothers and two heifers. Clayton and Daniel started as young entrepreneurs, marketing their home-raised beef locally, committed to providing the best product for their customers.
As of 2024, Walsh Cattle now consists of 160 head of cattle.

Although our cattle are primarily Angus-influenced, we appreciate the benefits of incorporating multiple breeds on the farm. Through our breeding choices, we strive to maintain high marbling to guarantee flavor and tenderness.
Each calf is born on our farm, and we follow them throughout the entire process, including custom cutting and delivery to your plate.
In raising cattle, our family found something we love and are proud of, and we hope our beef can bring the same joy and pride to your family!

When can I pick up my order? We are currently taking orders till the end of July. Walsh Cattle will be at the farm by the end of July, early August for you to pick-up your beef package!
Grass Fed or Corn Fed? Walsh Cattle are born on our farm, pasture raised & finished with free choice grain and hay.
What are the breeds of the cattle? Although our cattle are primarily Angus-influenced, we appreciate the benefits of incorporating multiple breeds on the farm.
